Adelita Rosenberg
Arizona & New Mexico Territory Manager
Email Adelita

Adelita began her journey to becoming the owner of VHF when she enrolled at Northern Arizona University in 1985. She earned degrees in Interior Design and Marketing. Upon graduation, Adelita honed her design skills but learned early that her real gifts were her vivacious personality and exceptional communication skills.
That brought Adelita into the contract furniture world, where she found her home at Corporate Interior Systems. Adelita became a Senior Account Manager. Her ability to envision her clients’ spaces, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients, led to her success. Adelita’s unique set of gifts helped her build a prestigious list of clients, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Orbital ATK / Northrup Grumman. However, her work on the Harrah’s Casino and Tower construction for the Ak Chin Indian Community is what introduced her to the world of Hospitality.
The Harrah’s project is where she met David Litvak, who owned Village Hospitality Furnishings, in 2018. David saw Adelita’s unique blend of gifts and planted the seed for her to join the VHF family, with the forethought of Adelita taking on Ownership. Over the next two years, Adelita worked closely with David to strengthen his existing business relationships in Arizona. She worked quickly to discover and build many new clients over the next year.
Adelita became the new owner of Village Hospitality Furnishings, VHF, on July 1, 2020, joining her entrepreneurial spirit with her husband Dave, who started his Landscape Architectural Design business in 2005. Adelita also has two children, Alex and Amelia, who mark the eighth generation of her family in Arizona. Her strong and stable family and their enthusiastic support helped her begin this next adventure in her diverse and successful career.
